One PAN – One Direct Seller ID Policy
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements of Eduse Marketing Private Limited, every Direct Seller is required to maintain valid and accurate identity and tax-related information.
To ensure regulatory compliance, transparency, and proper verification of Direct Sellers, the Company follows the principle of One PAN – One Direct Seller ID, subject to the provisions stated in this Policy.
Individual Direct Sellers
An individual Direct Seller shall be permitted to register and operate only one Direct Seller account with the Company.
Only one Permanent Account Number (PAN) can be linked to one Direct Seller ID. Similarly, one Direct Seller ID can be associated with only one PAN.
Multiple Direct Seller IDs under the same individual PAN are not permitted.
Business Entities
Business entities may operate multiple business centers or Direct Seller accounts, subject to approval by the Company and compliance with applicable laws and Company policies.
For the purpose of this Policy, a business entity may include a Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Partnership Firm, or any other legally recognized business organization approved by the Company.
In such cases, the PAN of the business entity may be linked to multiple approved business centers or Direct Seller IDs maintained under the name of that entity.
The maximum number of business centers or Direct Seller IDs permitted for a single entity shall be determined by the Company from time to time.
Proprietorships and Hindu Undivided Families (HUF)
Proprietorship concerns and Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) shall be treated in accordance with the Company's KYC requirements and applicable legal provisions. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility and account structure for such applicants.
Bank Account Mapping
Where multiple approved business centers or Direct Seller IDs are operated by an eligible business entity, the same bank account may be linked to such business centers, provided the bank account belongs to the concerned entity and all KYC requirements have been duly completed.
The Company reserves the right to request additional documents, declarations, authorizations, or verification records before approving such arrangements.
Compliance and Verification
Eduse Marketing Private Limited reserves the right to verify PAN details, bank account information, KYC documents, and ownership records at any time.
Any incorrect information, duplicate registration, misuse of PAN details, false declarations, or violation of this Policy may result in suspension, withholding of benefits, cancellation of Direct Seller rights, or termination of the account in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies.
Policy Updates
Eduse Marketing Private Limited may amend, modify, or update this Policy from time to time to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
