The Company keeps customers and Direct Sellers informed regarding various stages of their order, including order confirmation, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, promotional offers, and other factors determined by the Company from time to time.
The Company may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, promotional campaigns, or qualifying purchase values as announced on the website or through official Company communications.
Where applicable, shipping and handling charges shall be displayed at the time of order placement before payment confirmation.
Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote, out-of-delivery-area (ODA), difficult-to-service, or special handling locations.
Shipping charges, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law or approved by the Company.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed after successful payment verification and confirmation.
The Company generally aims to deliver products within 2 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending upon the delivery location, courier service availability, and operational conditions.

Delayed Deliveries and Order Cancellation
If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer or Direct Seller may be offered the option to continue with the order or request cancellation, subject to applicable Company policies.
Where a cancellation is approved, refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment or any other legally permissible method approved by the Company.
Delivery Acceptance
Customers and Direct Sellers are requested to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or otherwise compromised, the customer should refuse delivery and immediately notify the Company.
Any delivery-related concern should be reported as soon as possible along with the order number, delivery details, and supporting photographs, wherever applicable.
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to investigate such cases and provide appropriate assistance, replacement, or resolution in accordance with applicable policies.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers and Direct Sellers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and other relevant details at the time of placing an order.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer or Direct Seller.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership and risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the products at the designated delivery address.
The customer shall be responsible for the products after delivery has been completed and acknowledged.
