Direct Seller Code of Conduct
This Direct Seller Code of Conduct governs the relationship between Eduse Marketing Private Limited and its Direct Sellers. Every Direct Seller is expected to conduct business ethically, professionally and in compliance with applicable laws, company policies and industry standards.
The company and all Direct Sellers shall comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and all other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time.
Introduction
Eduse Marketing Private Limited operates a product-based direct selling business model. Direct Sellers are independent business participants who promote products, build customer networks and develop teams in accordance with company policies.
Registration as a Direct Seller does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise or agency relationship with the company.
Professional Conduct
Every Direct Seller shall represent the company, its products, services and business opportunity honestly and responsibly.
Direct Sellers shall not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims regarding products, income opportunities, incentives, rewards or business benefits.
Direct Sellers shall always provide accurate information to customers and prospects and shall not engage in any deceptive sales practices.
Compliance with Laws
Direct Sellers shall comply with all applicable laws, government notifications, consumer protection regulations, taxation requirements and direct selling guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.
Any violation of applicable laws may result in disciplinary action, suspension or termination of Direct Seller privileges.
Intellectual Property
All company trademarks, logos, product names, marketing materials, website content, training materials, videos, presentations and business support materials are the exclusive property of Eduse Marketing Private Limited.
No Direct Seller shall reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit company materials without prior written approval from the company.
Advertising and Promotion
Direct Sellers may use only company-approved promotional materials while marketing products or business opportunities.
Any independently created advertisements, social media campaigns, videos, seminars or presentations using company branding require prior approval from the company.
Direct Sellers shall not use the names, images or endorsements of celebrities, government officials, public personalities or organizations without proper authorization.
Online and Social Media Conduct
Direct Sellers shall maintain professional conduct on social media platforms and digital channels.
Misleading income claims, fake testimonials, unauthorized promotional campaigns, spam marketing and defamatory content are strictly prohibited.
Any activity that may damage the reputation of the company may result in disciplinary action.
Crossline Recruitment Prohibition
Direct Sellers shall not attempt to recruit, transfer or induce existing Direct Sellers from one network to another network within the company.
Any attempt to manipulate network structures, create duplicate identities or engage in crossline activities shall be treated as a serious violation.
Confidentiality
Business information, customer data, team information, training materials and company strategies shall be treated as confidential.
Direct Sellers shall not disclose confidential information to competitors, third parties or unauthorized individuals.
Prohibited Activities
Direct Sellers shall not engage in fraudulent activities, unethical business practices, identity misuse, unauthorized product modifications, unlawful conduct or any activity that may negatively affect customers, other Direct Sellers or the company.
Direct Sellers shall not use the company platform for illegal, objectionable, offensive or prohibited purposes.
Termination of Direct Seller Status
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Direct Seller account if the Direct Seller violates company policies, applicable laws, ethical standards or the provisions of this Code of Conduct.
The company may also initiate legal proceedings where necessary to protect its interests, customers, brand reputation and business operations.
Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for any losses arising from the independent actions, representations or conduct of a Direct Seller beyond the scope of authorized company activities.
Changes to the Code of Conduct
Eduse Marketing Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend or update this Code of Conduct at any time. Updated policies shall become effective upon publication on the company's official website or communication channels.
